Exchange and Return Policy

In the case of change of mind or incorrect sizing, Gioseppo products purchased online can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value within 14 days of the order date, with the availability of stock permitting.

Shoes can only be exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

  • 14 days or less have passed since the order was placed.
  • The shoes are returned unused in original condition – any items that have been worn or used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
  • The shoes are returned in their original packaging (shoe box).
  • The purchase receipt is provided.

The replacement product that is chosen must be of equal or greater value than the one being returned.

All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of exchanges.

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM

Within 14 days of purchase, please post your item, along with the original purchase receipt to:

Providing the items are returned in their original condition, unworn and in their Gioseppo shoe box, we will process your exchange request within 7 – 10 business days.

In the case of shoes fitting incorrectly, we are able to exchange your shoes for another size, subject to availability of stock. If we have the correct size in stock, you can return your shoes to us, in their original condition and packaging, and we will send out the new size upon receipt of the return. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs of the exchange.
As with incorrect sizing, you are able to exchange your purchase for another style if you change your mind, subject to availability. The new choice must be a shoe of equal or greater value to the one being returned. Again, your shoes must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
You are able to cancel your order provided it has not already been dispatched. Please note, however, that orders are dispatched on the following business day from when they are placed.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in item exchanges.
