In the case of change of mind or incorrect sizing, Gioseppo products purchased online can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value within 14 days of the order date, with the availability of stock permitting.
Shoes can only be exchanged if they meet the following conditions:
- 14 days or less have passed since the order was placed.
- The shoes are returned unused in original condition – any items that have been worn or used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
- The shoes are returned in their original packaging (shoe box).
- The purchase receipt is provided.
The replacement product that is chosen must be of equal or greater value than the one being returned.
All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of exchanges.
We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM
Within 14 days of purchase, please post your item, along with the original purchase receipt to:

Providing the items are returned in their original condition, unworn and in their Gioseppo shoe box, we will process your exchange request within 7 – 10 business days.
